Family Connection from Naviance Succeed

Family Connection is a comprehensive website that students and parents can use to help in making decisions about colleges and careers.  Family connection is linked with College Planner, a service that we use in our office to track and analyze data about college, so it provides up-to-date information that’s specific to our school. The family connection site is specific to our school and includes announcements on college representative visits, local scholarships, and allows interaction between the students, counselors, teachers, and parents.  Visit our school’s Family Connection site at:

Students, to login use your graduation year, ,first initial, last name and your password.  Parents, contact Ms. Wilkin (hwilkin@pchspanthers.com) to have an account linked to your student created.

Illinois Student Assistance Commission – ISAC is committed to helping make college more accessible and affordable for Illinois families. In addition to grant and scholarship administration, our prepaid tuition program, and the online resources we provide, ISAC’s college access and outreach initiatives provide direct assistance to students and families in navigating the college-going and financial aid process.
